We are no longer accepting Food or Non-Food Vendors for our 2nd Annual CFRC Rodeo. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Vendors can begin arriving at Noon on Friday, March 1st.

Starting at noon on March 1, 2024, you can gain access to the MTSU Tennessee Miller Coliseum to begin your setup.
At the current time, we are planning on all Food and Non-Food Vendors to setup inside around the corridor of the coliseum.
Yes, but you will be responsible for securing your own setup. CFRC does not accept any responsibility or liability for any product left in the coliseum overnight.
Yes, the venue provides electrical access but you're responsible for providing the necessary cords, etc. to make the connection.
We will do our best to limit multiple vendors selling duplicate or 'Like' products. it is our goal to provide the best food and merchandise options to our patrons as possible. We prefer a variety of options and will do our best to accommodate and approve all applicants.
No, not at this time. We will commit to doing our best to honor your request upon your arrival to the coliseum on setup day, Friday, March 1, 2024.
The doors will open at 5:30 PM and the rodeo will start at 6:00 PM CST.
