Our Governance

Community Foundation of Rutherford County is a 501(c)(3) public

nonprofit foundation recognized by the Internal Revenue

Service, effective November 21, 2025.

Based in Murfreesboro, CFRC is a 100% volunteer-led organization

chartered under the laws of the State of Tennessee and

governed by a Board of Directors.
