Frequently Asked Questions

Height - 9' 0" | Width - 10’ 0" | Length - 40' 0" (space you have entering the coliseum) 


Starting at 1:00 PM on Thursday, March 5, 2026, Food Vendors can gain access to the MTSU Tennessee Miller Coliseum to begin your setup.  You will receive an email prior to this date with specific instructions.

  • Food Vendors: Thursday— 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
  • Non-Food Vendors: Friday— 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM


At the current time, we are planning on all Food and Non-Food Vendors to setup inside around the corridor of the coliseum.  Vendors will not be allowed to setup outside. 


Yes, but you will be responsible for securing your own setup.  CFRC does not accept any responsibility or liability for any product left in the coliseum overnight.


Yes, the venue provides electrical access but you're responsible for providing the necessary cords, etc. to make the connection.


The CFRC Rodeo Committee will do our best to limit multiple vendors selling duplicate or 'Like' products.  it is our goal to provide the best food and merchandise options to our patrons as possible.  We prefer a variety of options and will do our best to accommodate and approve all applicants.


No, not at this time.  We will commit to doing our best to honor your request upon your arrival to the coliseum on setup day.


The doors will open at 5:30 PM with pre-rodeo festivities starting at 6:00 PM.  The CFRC Rodeo will start at 7:00 PM.  All times listed are Central.


The event will conclude at approximately 10:00 PM CST.

Food Vendors

 Food Truck (up to 20' Length) - $575* 

Food Truck (21' or > Length) - $1,075*

Food Vendor/Booth (10' x 10') - $325*

Food Vendor/Booth (10' x 20') - $650*


*Certificate of Liability Insurance Required

Non-Food Booth Vendors

Non-Food Booth (10' x 10') - $325 

Non-Food Booth (10' x 20') - $650

Non-Food Booth (10' x 30') - $975

Non-Food Booth (10' x 40') - $1,275


Vendors Setup Times are as follows:

   

  • Food Vendors: Thursday — 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM 
  • Non-Food Vendors: Friday — 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
